Where we ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Some of our products are sent from fulfilment partners outside the UK. We work with reliable partners, but occasional delays can happen due to customs checks, high seasonal demand or carrier issues outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, please contact us with your order number and we will help resolve it.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.
